The Drunken Laboratory is closely monitoring the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) for safe reopening of our doors and are planning to open back up to the public by Fall 2021.
For those who purchased vouchers, if you are reserved for any dates in March and/or April your voucher will still be used for the full price of the ticket. For those who purchased through our website, you have the option to reschedule for ANY upcoming dates in 2021.

Customers who purchased a ticket for any cancelled event are still able to use their ticket indefinitely.
Customers who purchased a Groupon voucher are still able to use their voucher for the full price of the ticket ONLY if you purchased the Groupon between February - April of 2020. If you purchased your voucher before February it will still be used toward the price of a ticket.
Customers who bought tickets for an event that was cancelled due to the virus are able to receive a refund for the full amount minus taxes & fees. These are the only exceptions:
-Customers who bought "Early Bird" tickets can use the ticket for a future event but can not receive a refund
-Customers who bought a Groupon voucher must reach out to Groupon to request a refund
-Customers who bought tickets to past events from December-February can not receive a refund for those dates
Currently, we are hoping to start back up for Spring 2021 but will continue to monitor the situation.
